firefox-gray Italian cuisine has come a long way since the 18th century. Before that it was a motley of the various influences that had invaded the Italian region. Arabic tastes existed till the Italians came out full fledged with their flavours that accentuate their food palates.

Italian cooking has come to its peak thanks to various chefs that have gone global with their style of cooking. Some noted chefs included Chef Giovanni, Antonio Nebi and Vincenzo Corrado. They introduced recipes and made it known to the housewives through books and other literature.

Chef Vincenzo Corrado created his food only with herbs, flowers, fruit seeds, roots which was not only unique but outrageously healthy. Hence Italian food has a peculiar taste and flavour. It is not excessively spicy like the Indian food instead it is soothing and enjoyable. One must however develop a palate to enjoy Italian food.
